HPT Policy Rules and Regulations

I. OWNERS AND OPERATORS

Owner. The Red color has Owner Level status and has three (3) categories namely:

1. Main Owner - Founder and/or Chief Executive Officer.

2. Co-Main Owner - Assistant CEO's and/or Room Sponsor.

3. Owner - Members of the Board with the following sub-categories: Officer-In-Charge and Entertainers.

Operator. The Green color has Operator Level status and has two (2) categories: Opplus and Operator.

Friend. The Blue color is the Friend Level status.

Regular users who have stayed in the room for at least two (2) days with open cam can be given Blue color or Friend Level status by the Owners provided he/she has shown good standing and interest in the room. He may then be given Green Color or Operator Level status three (3) days thereafter for being a Friend of the room, if he chooses to become a member of the room he shall subject himself to the Membership process. Male friends of any Operator/Owners can be given outright Blue Color, and/or Green Color for Female friends.

II. MEMBERSHIP

Male. Interested male applicants must be at least Eighteen (18) years old and above. Only Friends or ID's with Green color who have stayed in the room for at least one (1) week and has shown himself on cam can become a member. He may be recommended by his Operator/Owner friend to become a member if observed to have a good standing during his stay. He will undergo a briefing by the Membership and Screening Committee (MSC) and shall be assigned an HPT Uniform with corresponding HPT Coding. Thereafter he shall be given Friend Level status or full pledge membership by the Owner.

Female. Potential female members must also be at least eighteen (18) years old. She may be given outright Blue (Friend) color or full pledge membership with HPT uniform after showing herself on cam. She may be awarded a Green color (Operator) by the Red (Owner) if she had gained the interest/attraction of users and is also consistently showing herself on cam for at least 5 days otherwise, she will go through the usual process of promotion.

III. PROMOTION

Candidates for promotion must be friendly, loyal, active, and have shown to be responsible members of the room. All promotions of Green or Red must be deliberated by the Owners or as seen deemed necessary by the Main Owners.

IV. DEMOTION

Any members found to have violated the HPT rules and regulations may be subjected for demotion. The assigned Peace and Order Committee shall recommend to the Red (Owners) any violations made by a particular member. The Red Team shall deliberate on its case and henceforth submit its decision to the Main Owner for demotion. In any event, the Main Owners has the discretion to demote any members/users for acts that are detrimental to the general interest of the room.

All members who are not visible for a long period of time without any valid reason or notice may be subject for demotion.

V. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF MEMBERS

RED (Owners)

Responsible for Promotions and Demotions.

Should always be present during meetings and deliberations for policyformulations and decisions. In case of absence, inform Main Owners of valid reasons.

In cases of conflict among members and users, must act as intermediaryin resolving the issue.

Only Owners can ban ID and IP address of users or members but should deliberate on the reasons of the actions taken. In any event, the Main Owners has the discretion to ban any members/users for acts that are detrimental to the general interest of the room.

Assign members who shall compose the working committees.

Should brief members of important matters related to the room and should be responsible in conducting meetings.

Should not be known as Owner or wearing uniform of other rooms

GREEN (Operators/Opplus)

Responsible for warning and reminding members and users of the room to show respect, to avoid using obscene words and refrain from requesting and directing female members/users. Kick users when deemed necessary and should provide reasons for doing so. Only Opplus can punish users.

Should be responsible for Posting Announcements and Advertisements.

Should be responsible in welcoming visitors and members in the room.

Should be responsible in making sure that users feel comfortable, especially female visitors that can be potential members of the room.

Recruitment and recommending new members.

Facilitate games and events in the room.

Should wear official uniforms when joining/entering the room and should not be known as regular members of other rooms.

Should be available when requested by Main Owners and Owners for specific function.

BLUE (Friend)

Responsible for warning and reminding members and users of the room to show respect, to avoid using obscene words and refrain from requesting and directing female members/users.

Should be responsible for Posting Announcements and Advertisements.

Should be responsible in welcoming visitors and members in the room.

Should be responsible in making sure that visitors feel comfortable, especially female visitors that can be potential members of the room.

Should wear official uniforms when joining/entering the room and should not be known as regular members of other rooms.

Should be available when requested by Main Owners and Owners for specific function.

VI. ROOM RULES

1. Show some respect.

2. No flooding or repeated texts.

3. No directing or requesting.

4. No cursing, insulting, lousy comments or any vulgar statements.

5. Open cam when asked by Owners/Operators for age verification.

6. No recording cams or playing video captures.

7. No posting of any weblinks, email add, phone numbers or unauthorized ads.

8. Don't grab the mic or play music without Owners permission.

9. Unauthorized use of "HPT_UNIFORM" is prohibited.

VII. HPT SPECIAL COMMITTEES

Server and Website

In charge of room/server and website. Provides alternative room in case when the server is down and disseminates the same for the information and guidance of members. Designs and maintains HPT Website, Blogs, Friendster and Facebook account.

Shall be composed of the Main Owners.

Membership

In charge of keeping track of existing members, prospective members and applicants who want to become members of HPT. Assists in recruiting new members by responding promptly to inquiries of users and making sure that membership qualification are met by users intending to join HPT. Maintains and keeps record of the Directory of Members.

Under this Team, a sub-committee is tasked to screen and orient member applicants on the rules and policies of HPT. The sub-committee shall give a report to the Red Team at least once a week or as need arises of members status, active members that will be recommended for promotion and inactive or active members with violations that will be subject for demotion.

Shall be composed of all Red (Owner) Teams with the Main Owner as Team Leader and four (4) Green (Operators/OP+) as Screening Committee members.

Public Relations

In charge of welcoming and entertaining guests and friends of HPT, introduce them to fellow members and makes sure that they are comfortable and are enjoying their stay in the room. The Team shall also assist in recruiting new members and recommend the same to the Membership Committee.

Shall be composed of two (2) groups (Male & Female) each group shall have a Red (Owner) as Team Leader and four (4) Green (Operators/OP+) as members.

Peace and Order

In charge of mediating erring and conflicting members, retaining members that are intending to leave or being pirated by other rooms and rehabilitating members with violations.

The team will also be in charge of the peace and order situation inside the room and recommend delinquent members to be punished or banned.

Shall be composed of two (2) groups (Male & Female) each group shall have a Red (Owner) as Team Leader and four (4) Green (Operators/OP+) as members.

Mic

In charge of room microphone. Maintains a djlist and ensure that all the members are using the mic appropriately and orderly. The team shall also assist the Games and Events Committee by acting as emcee or dj during HPT games and events.

Games and Events

In charge of organizing and directing HPT games and events. Makes the rules and mechanics of the game and plans for future HPT activities and events. Coordinate with the Treasury and/or Red (Owner) Team for the prizes and needed funding requirement. Work closely with HPT dj’s to facilitate hosting of games and events.

Shall be composed of a Red (Owner) as a Leader and four (4) Green (Operators/OP+) as members.

Advertisements and Promotions

In charge of posting announcements and advertisements inside the room. The team will also promote HPT games and events by posting advertisements in other rooms and inviting guests who will participate in HPT games and contests.

Shall be composed of a Red (Owner) as Team Leader and four (4) Green (Operators/OP+) as members.

Treasury

In charge of keeping funds of the HPT and disburse the same based on authorized expenses. The Treasury team must maintain a record containing a breakdown of all receipts, disbursements and cash balances.

The team is also in charge of scouting potential sponsors for HPT games and events in coordination with the Main Owners.

Shall be composed of a Red (Owner) as Team Leader and four (4) Green (Operators/OP+) as members.

Secretariat

In charge of keeping records of all HPT documents. Coordinate closely with the Membership Committee on the status and records of the general membership. Shall perform other related functions as maybe delegated by the Red (Owner) Team.

What is Camfrog?

Camfrog

Camfrog is a video chat program with communities all over the network. It is owned by Camshare LLC. A limited version of the program is available as freewares on the company website with an option to upgrade to a full version unlocking more features.

Camfrog for Windows allows users to browse both user-hosted and Camfrog-hosted video chatrooms, as well as engage in private instant messaging. Video chat rooms include language oriented rooms (including many sign language rooms), rooms for singles, rooms aimed at users from specific countries, trivia oriented rooms, and adult only video chat. Like other similar chat and instant message programs it requires registration and a unique username to log on. The website features a user directory with user profiles.

Camfrog is for Windows only, however Camfrog can work under a Wine (software) Environment for Linux, most notably OpenSuse 11.1 and Ubuntu 8.0x with other OS's possibly working to some point.

Users are distinguished by the colour of their names:

• Owners are red
• Operators/Operator Plus are green
• Friends are blues
• General users are black
• Bold name means they are a pro user (using the commercial version of the software)
• Regular font weight means they are using the free version (using the free version makes all user names the regular font weight)
