Independent DJ on D MiX

HPT celebrates Philippine Independence Day and 15th monthsary with a dj mixing contest entitled "Independent DJ on the Mix". It is an open-freestyle competition and dj's are allowed to play their power mixes using virtual dj's for an allowable time of 5 to 10 minutes. Fifteen aspiring and professional dj's on camfrog Philippines 18+ and general categories joined to party mix with each other. PANSIT CANTON was a surprise winner garnering an average score of 80.41% with JohnnyRhythmix fought closely at second with 80.38%. DJ_PUFF won as third placer with 80.00%. Other promising dj's of the night were... dj_spikes, dj_AGAINSTHECRIME, HPT_TODDIEBLEACH and dj_MiXnYc. The latter displayed one of the best mixes heared in the room using a combination of gadgets and turn tables but was forced to play for the second time using the official vdj's just to get in to the contest. All performing dj's enjoined did well by far showcasing the best in camfrog.

Dj's started to mix at 10:00 pm of June 12 and ended at 2:00 am of June 13, 2009. Room users and visitors reached up to 400++ as HPT members and guests listen and dance to the rnb-hiphop-techno-dance-house-party music of the contesting dj's. HPT DJ_CUTEST excites the crowd when he party mixed as guest dj performer and room guest rapper-chick labandera wowwws the house with her pretty face and her kind of cool rap.

Winners received cash prizes sponsored by HPT CARLOS_SHOOTER. HPT KOOLANGHERTZ hosted the program. B-day celebrant HPT DJ_CUTEST and TODDIEBLEACH were the event organizers. Beauteous SIMPLYME was the official timer and blocker.
